Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to report to the Business Development Lead–Commercial and support strategic accounts by contributing to account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating service delivery to ensure a consistent, market‑leading customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of small to medium‑sized client accounts.
- Ensure strong relationships, high levels of customer satisfaction, and the delivery of commercial value.
- Maximise revenue within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services, increase adoption, and deliver additional value aligned to client needs.
- Coordinate service delivery to provide a consistent, market‑leading customer experience.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to act as an ambassador for Biogen, upholding our brand and environmental values.
- Experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of B2B relations and the waste management sector is advantageous.
