Join us on this 12 month program, with potential for extension, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on our business objectives, while enjoying the benefits of a global biotech environment.**This role is due to start at the end of 2025 and is a hybrid role, requiring office attendance in Maidenhead for a minimum of 50% of each week.****What You’ll Do:*** Prepare regular financial reporting and analysis to support the month-end process.* Develop business partnering skills by assisting budget owners in managing and tracking their spending in line with annual budgets.* Assist with budget/forecast submissions using Biogen’s global financial planning and reporting platform (Oracle Hyperion).* Utilize digital tools to improve finance processes and identify efficiencies.* Prepare ad hoc analysis as required by the business.* Support work for internal/external audit requests.* Participate in ad hoc projects in support of business requirements, including data analysis and modelling where possible.* Proactively collaborate with all corporate functions to support the delivery of Biogen’s goals.* Participate as a member of the Graduate Intern Program and engage in on-site work and activities.**Who You Are:**You are eager to apply your qualifications to make an impact on the financial operations of a pharmaceutical business focused on neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. You embrace Biogen’s Essentials, supporting an inclusive environment.**Required Skills:*** Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics with an interest in life sciences.* Proficient computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerBI, are desirable.
