We are looking for a creative, hands-on, results and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the performance of our website and digital customer journey - from first visit to qualified pipeline. This role is responsible for managing our websites, SEO, and marketing automation; driving digital customer journeys; leveraging AI and emerging technologies; and working closely with our PPC agency, product marketing, and sales organization. You will ensure that traffic turns into qualified leads through well-designed journeys, experiments, and targeted nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Own the performance of the company website as a primary lead-generation channel.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Run continuous A/B tests on pages, messaging, forms, and CTAs.
- Improve site structure and flows based on user behavior and analytics.
- Customer Journey & Funnel Management
- Design and optimize the full digital funnel from first touch to SQL.
- Map journeys by persona, industry, and buying stage.
- Identify drop-off points and implement improvements.
- Marketing Automation & Nurture
- Build and manage email campaigns and nurture workflows in HubSpot.
- Segment audiences and create targeted messaging by persona and lifecycle stage.
- Support webinars, events, and product campaigns with automated journeys.
- Traffic & Growth Programs
- Work with the PPC agency to align landing pages, messaging, and conversion tracking.
- Develop and manage referral and ambassador programs.
- Improve organic and direct traffic performance through on-site optimization with the SEO manager.
- Support partners and campaign traffic initiatives.
- Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Plan and execute nurture sequences, product announcements, customer communications, and event and webinar campaigns.
- Optimize email performance through segmentation, testing, and personalization.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key KPIs: conversion rates, MQLs and SQLs, funnel velocity, and campaign performance.
- Maintain dashboards and regular performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in digital, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies (life sciences is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with website conversion optimization, A/B testing tools and methodologies, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), Google Analytics or similar tools, and AI tools and agents.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with funnel metrics.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing, WordPress, etc.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Be curious and independent - eager to learn new tech and stay ahead of trends by conducting market research, identifying emerging technologies and platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
