Job Summary
To assist the People Services department with all aspects of HR administration, systems management, first line people queries and advice for the Biocomposites global group.
Responsibilities
- Administer all induction documentation and onboarding; working with other key departments as required using HRS and ATS.
- Deliver Company Induction for all new starters.
- Assist managers and supervisors with HR policy and guidance.
- Administer HR documents, i.e offer letters, employment contracts, and change of terms.
- Ensure that all HR data is recorded accurately in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- Provide guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on HR matters as required.
- Processing of documents to payroll provider changes, i.e staff conditions of service, new starters, leavers, contract changes, attendance and personal information.
- Support sales department with DBS checks.
- Ensure Right to Work documentation/reference requests are received in a timely manner for all new starters to the business.
- Produce management information from HRS and ATS as and when required.
- Carry out regular audits on the HR system.
- Support the HR Director with the coordination of all Learning and Development activities.
- Support the People Services Lead with the production of notes for meetings under formal processes e.g. absence, discipline and grievance.
- Provide HR support to the HR Compliance Administrator (US).
- Provide HR and admin support to the talent acquisition team.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in personnel support or level 4 NVQ in personnel management.
- Proven experience of using HRS and ATS, including data analytics and reporting.
- Proven experience in a HR coordination role in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced user of Microsoft packages including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong administration skills.
- Payroll experience.
