BioCheck Health Ltd. is an upcoming bilingual (English–Chinese) premium private health screening centre located in the heart of London. We specialise in structured health assessments, preventive medicine, and services tailored for international clients. As we prepare for launch, we are expanding our clinical team and seeking a dedicated Bilingual GP to support our holistic and prevention-focused model of care.

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine health checks and physical examinations as part of comprehensive health screening programmes
  • Perform venepuncture (blood draw) and ensure correct labelling, handling, and transport of samples
  • Administer injections and vaccinations in line with clinical protocols
  • Provide minor wound care and dressing, and monitor for signs of complications
  • Take and record vital signs, height/weight, ECGs, and other screening measurements as required
  • Prepare clients for procedures and diagnostic tests, and provide clear pre- and post-procedure guidance
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NMC standards
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, prescribing nurses, and diagnostic teams to support client care
  • Ensure clinical practice complies with NMC standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements
  • Communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure culturally sensitive care

Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration (Registered Nurse)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrable experience in venepuncture, injections, and minor wound care
  • Sound understanding of infection control and clinical safety procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate ultrasound equipment / point-of-care ultrasound experience (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in private practice, occupational health, or executive health screening
  • Background in health screening, chronic disease management, or preventive medicine
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine and holistic health management

You must have appropriate UK professional registration. The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
