We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Key Accounts Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, supporting one of our largest global accounts. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless shipment coordination.

Role Responsibilities Overview:
  • Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customer accounts
  • Coordinating shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintaining high levels of data accuracy across systems, documentation, and reporting
  • Monitoring shipments proactively, identifying and resolving issues quickly
  • Communicating effectively with customers on updates, milestones, and delays
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (carriers and vendors)
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and support cost management activities

Work Structure:
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shift pattern of 07:00 - 15:30 / 08:30 - 17:00 / 09:30 - 18:00
  • Fully onsite at our Edinburgh office (EH49 7RY)

Please note: Due to the location of our Edinburgh office, personal transport is essential as public transport access is limited
