The Role: As Junior Sales Manager – UK, you will be responsible for:
- Covering sales for all BIO-UV product lines across the UK, with a strong focus on the leisure industry (pools, spas, hotels, waterparks, aquariums).
- Managing and developing customer accounts and prospecting new sales channels.
- Collaborating closely with Senior Sales Managers to identify and pursue key customers.
- Growing the aftermarket business with existing customers.
- Travelling up to 50% of the time to meet customers, attend industry events, and represent BIO-UV Group.
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional who can make a real impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the leisure industry (pools, spas, hotels, waterparks, aquariums).
- A strong existing network of contacts within the sector is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in water treatment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (up to 50%).
