Senior Regional Marketing Manager UK partner closely with UK and Nordics sales representatives and managers on high-potential accounts. Gather and act on market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts; monitor competitors and market shifts; and share insights with your manager and Global Marketing teams. Conduct localized competitive analysis (SWOT, Mekko) and identify strategic opportunities Enable the UK and Nordics sales team with global value propositions and messaging adapted to local positioning; develop marketing collateral and support field execution. Manage marketing budget, ensuring activities remain within plan and reporting on ROI. Support product launches and expansions in the UK and Nordics in collaboration with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and industry influencers Willingness to travel within the UK and Nordics (up to 50%) What You Bring Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in diagnostics marketing; experience in sales and/or application support is a plus Strategic mindset, effective communication skills and strong business insight required In-depth knowledge of Immunohematology and/or Quality Systems products, technologies, and applications Fluent English required; a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is a strong plus. Proven ability to plan and execute marketing activities that drive product adoption, with strong accountability and follow-through. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, and Marketing Communications teams.
