About Bio-D: We are a growing B-Corp SME specialising in the manufacture of environmentally responsible and ethically sourced cleaning and personal care products. Our mission is to deliver high-performance cleaning solutions that are kind to people and the planet. We partner with retailers and distributors to develop innovative branded and own-brand products that align with strong sustainability values and commercial success.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support the sales team, office based in Hull. From 20 hours up to 37 hours will be considered; please state your preference of hours. Salary is pro rata and based on a full-time salary of 37 hours per week.

Purpose of the Role: To support smooth day-to-day operations across customer service, sample management, data handling, and order processing (when required). This role ensures enquiries are handled efficiently, records are accurate, and internal teams receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Manage the Info@ inbox: respond to enquiries, capture complaints, and allocate issues to the relevant departments.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
  • Record and allocate new customer enquiries to the correct areas of the business.
