The Company
Our client has over 20 years of expertise in the field, committed to the value and potential of stem cell banking and genomic screening services. The core services include the storage of umbilical cord blood, tissue, and dental pulp, and we have recently expanded with the launch of a cutting-edge Genomics Laboratory serving both UK and international clients.
The Position
As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising the supply chain operations. You will be responsible for:
- Supplier Management: Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Negotiating contracts and ensuring suppliers can meet demand. Monitoring supplier performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Planning delivery schedules and ensuring stock availability. Overseeing ordering, storage, and packaging processes. Tracking shipments to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Compliance & Certification: Ensuring all documentation and certifications are maintained for industry compliance. Keeping up-to-date with regulatory and legislative requirements in the sector.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
