Binnies UK, part of the RSK group, are now looking for Graduate Quantity Surveyors working within our Delivery group on UK Water Framework Projects. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be taking part in our development programme and will develop professionally. You will be a valued member of our highly experienced and widely respected team at Binnies. Binnies treat each Early Career professional as an individual and will provide all relevant training, development and support so that you may further your engineering career. About the Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects through effective cost and contract management. Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Thames Water, Welsh Water, Scottish Water)
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures
- Contribute to value engineering, cost‑saving initiatives, and financial forecasting
- Assist in the management of subcontract works packages and the preparation of cash/payment applications
Attributes
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
- A strong interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, self‑motivated and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
