Your Role
- Lead technical delivery of flood risk management, coastal adaptation, and water resource projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Work on Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, SUDS designs, and more.
- Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and commercial success.
- Drive innovation in river restoration, drainage, and sustainable infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
- Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
Desirable
- Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
- Passion for sustainable solutions and net zero goals.
