Functioning as a technical specialist and/or in a lead role you will be developing and applying advanced engineering techniques, concepts and approaches. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, systems and applicable engineering codes and standards. Preparing calculations and develop civil engineering deliverables (models, drawings and reports) whilst adhering to project budgets, schedules and quality systems. Providing guidance to others and support continuous improvement Coordinate with internal and external team members on complex projects Prepare a variety of complex civil engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects. Develop recommendations for materials and construction techniques. Develop specifications for the identification, collection and management of data for engineering work. Serve as a technical specialist and use knowledge and skill set to provide advice and guidance to project teams. Mentor and develop junior staff Be fully conversant and comply with all aspects of health plan and manage watersheds; harness the energy embedded in the treatment and movement of water and enhance sustainability.
