Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor plans, lead collaborative digital planning and production meetings.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with @one and AW requirements.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure consistency in methodology and outputs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks and explore mitigation strategies.
  • Develop 4D animations of project plans to aid in digital rehearsal of construction.
  • Gather progress information and communicate effects on key dates, challenging the team to deliver on time.
  • Attend site regularly to gather programme update information.
  • Communicate critical paths and key activities in team meetings.
  • Advise the team on priorities to prevent activities from becoming critical.
  • Attend meetings as required and provide project‑specific reports as needed.
  • Maintain planning standards across @one and adhere to published processes.
  • Ensure integrity of project plans and actively participate in driving best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between plans and cost forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum five years of experience in large‑scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.
  • Essential experience with P6 (Primavera).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex project plans effectively.
  • Commitment to health and safety principles.
