Binnies UK Ltd is seeking a Marketing & Bids Coordinator to play a key supporting role in winning work, strengthening our brand, and supporting strategic growth across the UK water and environmental sector. This role combines strategic bid and tender coordination with marketing and communications support, including essential administrative activities that ensure both functions operate efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Bids & Tender Coordination
  • Coordinate strategic bids and tenders, including meetings, workshops and reviews
  • Ensure bid tasks are clearly set, tracked, and completed to deadline
  • Manage tender queries and client correspondence
  • Edit, format, proofread and collate high-quality bid responses
  • Collate final bid documents and manage submissions via online tender portals
  • Maintain and update the Binnies UK Ltd tender questions and answers database
  • Distribute tender opportunities and contract notices across the business
  • Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and supplier accreditation questionnaires
  • Marketing & Communications Support
    • Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team
    • Support with written content, including drafting and editing press releases, news articles, website updates, and internal communications
    • Assist with social media content creation
    • Support and help coordinate marketing campaigns and events

    Skills & Experience

    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Experience supporting strategic bids, tenders, marketing, or professional services environments
    • Strong writing skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Experience within an engineering, construction, or infrastructure environment is desirable
    • Graphic design and social media experience are an advantage, but not essential
    • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is desirable, or equivalent practical experience
