Binnies UK is seeking a Bid Coordinator / Administrator to support the coordination and administration of tender submissions across the UK water and environmental sectors. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and enjoys managing programmes, schedules and deadlines in a fast‑paced professional environment. The role
- Coordinate tender programmes, meetings and submission deadlines
- Manage tender portals, trackers and bid schedules
- Collate, format, proofread and quality‑check bid submissions
- Coordinate bid presentations and supporting documents
