Role:
To support this next phase, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Non‑Infrastructure Commercial team, based in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for projects, as directed by the Project Commercial Manager.
- Deliver accurate, timely cost reporting, analysis and data to support commercial decision‑making.
- Ensure project teams fully understand contractual arrangements and client requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to identify, implement and monitor efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain robust commercial records, including final accounts, to support audits and cost assurance activities.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in cost and commercial management.
- Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, management or a cost‑related discipline (desirable but not essential).
- Strong passion for pursuing a career in Commercial Management.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of construction and safety practices.
- Confidence to challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
