The Role

To support this next phase, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Non-Infrastructure Commercial team, based in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for projects, as directed by the Project Commercial Manager
  • Deliver accurate, timely cost reporting, analysis, and data to support commercial decision-making
  • Ensure project teams fully understand contractual arrangements and client requirements
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain robust commercial records, including final accounts, to support audits and cost assurance activities

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Extensive experience in cost and commercial management
  • A degree (or equivalent) in engineering, management, or a cost-related discipline (desirable, but not essential)
  • A strong passion for pursuing a career in Commercial Management

You’ll bring excellent customer service and leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction and safety practices, and the confidence to challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
