Binnies, an RSK Group Company, is looking for a Data Collator to join us as part of our @one Alliance.
As our new Data Collator, you’ll regularly review, collate and store data that consists of Operations & Maintenance information, SAP Plant Maintenance, OEM and Health & Safety Files. This data will be essential to Anglian Water Operations to ensure optimal management of the assets.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with data identification, collation, and handling.
- Ensure that all relevant data is identified early in the project lifecycle.
- Support training and guidance of the DOM (Digital Operating Manual) process to project teams, ensuring effective delivery.
- Support gathering of feedback from our internal customers to drive continual improvement.
- Work closely with project teams to identify when data is available for collation and assist to develop the Project Specific Data DOM list at the relevant Delivery Milestone.
- Ensure that Data is collated, reviewed, and signed off in line with current procedures.
- Regularly report on Data Collation progress against the baseline to the project team, O&M Technical Authors and O&M and OEM Data Manager.

To join the team as our new Data Collator, you’ll have strong IT skills and be skilled in the use of Office 365, SharePoint & BIM360. You’ll demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload. You’ll have strong communication skills and be capable of working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience of working within a Water Company or Capital Delivery environment would be desirable.
