What You’ll Do
- Deliver innovative mechanical design solutions for clean water and wastewater projects, from concept to detailed design
- Produce high-quality engineering outputs including drawings, calculations, reports, and schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Strong background in water or related industries
- Knowledge of clean water/wastewater design principles, equipment selection, and treatment processes
- Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
- Excellent communication and computer literacy
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Desirable: Professional Qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Commitment to continuous improvement and career progression
