Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards, particularly in BIM processes, project information protocols, and document control.
- Oversee project information management, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and security.
- Develop and maintain project‑specific BIM deliverables such as BEPs, Responsibility Matrices and MIDPs.
- Provide strategic guidance on information‑management best practices to teams and clients.
- Implement and manage IM systems and tools, such as ProjectWise, to boost efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure integrated and optimised information systems.
- Coach project teams in IM and BIM, fostering a culture of digital excellence.
- Lead the IM function within projects, collaborating with BIM/CAD, Document Control, Project Controls, HSW, GIS and design leads for seamless workflows.
- Support business development, including bid preparation within your technical domain.
- Ensure data governance and security in line with organisational and legal requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools and regulations in engineering and water sectors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, optimising internal IM processes and systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in information management within engineering, construction or professional services.
- Proficiency in IM software tools such as ProjectWise.
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and its application in BIM and project information management.
- Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong initiative, able to work collaboratively and independently to improve IM practices.
