Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for a project or group of projects, as designated by the Project Commercial Manager.
- Ensure robust cost management processes are in place, with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis to support commercial decision‑making.
- Ensure all project team members (including site staff) understand contractual arrangements to satisfy client and partner organisation requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Delivery Team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper records (including final accounts) are maintained so financial information is readily available for audits and cost assurance.
About You:
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in cost management. A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering, management, or cost‑related discipline is beneficial, but your passion and drive for a career in commercial management are most important. You will bring first‑class customer service and leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction and safety, and the confidence to challenge processes, practices, and norms in order to continuously improve commercial performance.
