Overview
Graduate Quantity Surveyor – @One Alliance, Binnies UK, part of the RSK group. Working on Anglian Water projects across East Anglia as part of a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water)
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures
- Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications/Requirements)
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
- A strong interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
