Graduate Project Manager – Southern Water Services
Location: Redhill, London and Bradford on Avon

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is recruiting a Graduate Project Manager to join their Southern Water Services team. Our team delivers professional services to the UK water sector, including feasibility studies, design, construction and site supervision for projects involving pipe networks, reservoirs, water treatment works and sewerage treatment works.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Project Manager on multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor and control projects in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
- Contract management under the NEC suite of contracts.
- Deliver projects to the As‑Sold financial metrics or better.
- Manage overall coordination of the project team and balance multiple projects.
- Organise professional client meetings, taking and distributing minutes and following up on actions.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to develop relationships across the business.
- Create and review proposals and costings for new projects.
- Assess the technical and commercial risk of projects during the sales process.
As a graduate, appropriate support and development opportunities will be given to enable you to undertake your role. A buddy will be assigned to help you navigate your new role.
