What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and inspiring engineering teams in a collaborative, digital-first environment
  • Managing delivery from concept to commissioning — ensuring projects hit scope, budget, and quality targets
  • Coordinating with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams
  • Keeping health & safety front and centre in all designs
  • Driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree-qualified Engineer with leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Background in design & build delivery, ideally in the water sector
  • Familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC and contract administration
  • Digital engineering know-how
  • A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
