Binnies UK, part of the RSK group, are now looking for Graduate Quantity Surveyors working within our Delivery group on UK Water Framework Projects. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be taking part in our development programme and will develop professionally. You will be a valued member of our highly experienced and widely respected team at Binnies. About the Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects through effective cost and contract management. Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Thames Water, Welsh Water, Scottish Water)
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures
- Contribute to value engineering, cost‑saving initiatives, and financial forecasting
- Assist in the management of subcontract works packages and the preparation of cash/payment applications
Attributes
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
- A strong interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, self‑motivated and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
