Associate Director – Safety & Risk

About The Role

  • Lead and manage a team of Safety & Risk Consultants across the South West.
  • Work closely with client Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams, and external delivery partners.
  • Support projects from feasibility through outline and detailed design to construction on site.
  • Ensure designs consider buildability, sustainability, environmental impact, and health & safety from the outset.

Essential Requirements

  • Chartered Safety Professional.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Strong working knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong report writing capability.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to innovate.
  • Willingness to work away from the office for short periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent record keeping skills.
