This is a flexible role with remote working available, alongside occasional travel to offices and project sites. Binnies UK is looking for a MEICA Estimator to join our growing Delivery team, supporting major water and wastewater projects across the UK. This role combines technical and commercial expertise, working on sustainable and affordable solutions across non-infrastructure treatment projects, frameworks, and future design & build opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Producing detailed MEICA cost estimates
  • Supporting project scope, programme and tender submissions
  • Working closely with engineering, procurement and commercial teams
  • Engaging with supply chain partners and subcontractors
  • Supporting risk, opportunity and continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for:

  • Experience estimating MEICA works within construction or water sectors
  • Ability to produce analytical estimates and cost breakdowns
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Experience with CCS Candy or similar estimating software is desirable
  • Water industry experience beneficial but not essential
