We are looking for Engineering Managers to lead talented, multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering innovative solutions for water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects across the UK. Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring engineering teams in a collaborative, digital-first environment
- Managing delivery from concept to commissioning ensuring projects hit scope, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinating with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams
- Keeping health & safety front and centre in all designs
- Driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified Engineer with leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams
- Background in design & build delivery, ideally in the water sector
- Familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC and contract administration
- Digital engineering know-how
- A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
