What You'll Be Doing
A role designed for engineers who love variety, collaboration, and technical depth. You will:
- Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
- Produce high-quality drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on-site technical support
- Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
