Binnies UK, part of the RSK Group are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.

This is a senior-level position that supports site staff and leads all commercial and procurement aspects of a project.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved with all aspects of the project lifecycle, seeking to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money whilst achieving the required standards and quality in accordance with contract and Customers and/or Contract Leader expectations.

The role will require the compilation of complex project cost/budget reports and the resolution of cash flow issues.

Provides support for commercial, contractual procurement and financial services.

Resolves commercial, contractual and construction problems; and ensures prompt payments for subcontractors' work.

This role may work independently, managing a small commercial team or under the direction of and report to a more senior commercial designation.
