What You'll Do
As a key EICA specialist, you'll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects. You will:
- Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
- Create high quality engineering outputs, including:
- Single-line diagrams
- Cable block diagrams
- Control system architecture
- MCC datasheets
- Load schedules
- Control Philosophies
- Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards

What We're Looking For
A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively. You will have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
- Expertise in:
- Electrical power systems
- Water treatment control systems
- Integrated system design
- Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high-quality engineering
Desirable:
- Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
- Proven mentoring or leadership experience
- A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
