Binnies UK is seeking a Bid Coordinator / Administrator to support the coordination and administration of tender submissions across the UK water and environmental sectors. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoys managing programmes, schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with bidding or tender experience within engineering or a similar service-based industry.

The role
- Coordinate tender programmes, meetings and submission deadlines
- Manage tender portals, trackers and bid schedules
- Collate, format, proofread and quality-check bid submissions
- Coordinate bid presentations and supporting documents
- Coordinate and maintain supplier accreditations and tender portals
- Maintain bid database with standard company information and best practice tender responses
- Provide wider marketing administration support during peak periods

- Experience supporting bids/tenders or similar administration
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple deadlines
