Binnies UK is seeking a Bid Coordinator / Administrator to support the coordination and administration of tender submissions across the UK water and environmental sectors. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoys managing programmes, schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with bidding or tender experience within engineering or a similar service-based industry.

The role

  • Coordinate tender programmes, meetings and submission deadlines
  • Manage tender portals, trackers and bid schedules
  • Collate, format, proofread and quality-check bid submissions
  • Coordinate bid presentations and supporting documents
  • Coordinate and maintain supplier accreditations and tender portals
  • Maintain bid database with standard company information and best practice tender responses
  • Provide wider marketing administration support during peak periods

About you

  • Experience supporting bids/tenders or similar administration
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using online tender portals
