Are you an experienced Design & Build leader with a strong background in the water sector ?
We're looking for a Delivery Director – Design & Build to join Binnies, part of the RSK Group , and take a senior leadership role across our Design & Build business, with a particular focus on our Welsh Water (DCWW) framework .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, project delivery, client relationships and business development .
?? What you'll be doing:
• Lead the safe and successful delivery of Design & Build projects
• Provide leadership and support to Project Managers and delivery teams
• Oversee budgets, programmes, quality and performance
• Build strong relationships with key clients
• Support bids, tenders and new business opportunities
• Help develop and grow Binnies' Design & Build capability
• Champion innovation, digital delivery, sustainability and best practice
• Mentor and develop our delivery professionals
?? What we're looking for:
• 10+ years' experience leading teams on design and construction projects
• Strong engineering and construction leadership experience
• Experience within the UK water industry
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and resources
• Strong client-facing and commercial skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A relevant degree
Chartered status, professional membership and a recognised project management qualification would be advantageous.
