Are you an experienced Design & Build leader with a strong background in the water sector ?
Were looking for a Delivery Director Design & Build to join Binnies, part of the RSK Group , and take a senior leadership role across our Design & Build business, with a particular focus on our Welsh Water (DCWW) framework .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, project delivery, client relationships and business development .
?? What youll be doing:
Lead the safe and successful delivery of Design & Build projects
Provide leadership and support to Project Managers and delivery teams
Oversee budgets, programmes, quality and performance
Build strong relationships with key clients
Support bids, tenders and new business opportunities
Help develop and grow Binnies Design & Build capability
Champion innovation, digital delivery, sustainability and best practice
Mentor and develop our delivery professionals
?? What were looking for:
10+ years experience leading teams on design and construction projects
Strong engineering and construction leadership experience
Experience within the UK water industry
Experience managing budgets, programmes and resources
Strong client-facing and commercial skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A relevant degree
Chartered status, professional membership and a recognised project management qualification would be advantageous. xiskglj
