What You'll Do

  • Deliver innovative mechanical design solutions for clean water and wastewater projects, from concept to detailed design
  • Produce high-quality engineering outputs including drawings, calculations, reports, and schedules
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
  • Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
  • Strong background in water or related industries
  • Knowledge of clean water/wastewater design principles, equipment selection, and treatment processes
  • Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Desirable: Professional Qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE), Leadership and mentoring experience, Commitment to continuous improvement and career progression
