Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Scottish Government's 'The Keys To Life' agenda and adhere to Health and Social Care Standards.
- Work collaboratively with individuals and partners to maximize health, wellbeing, and quality of life.
- Experience in person-centred planning, developing, and reviewing support plans.
- Provide effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Work across bases and in the community based on needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum SVQ2 in Social Services and Health Care, with a requirement to achieve SVQ3 or HNC within 5 years for Grade F.
- For Grade G, SVQ3 or HNC in Social Services and Health Care or equivalent, with registration requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel within Orkney.
- Membership of the PVG Scheme for work with adults.
