Salary: £29,002 - £29,311 per annum (or £15.03 - £15.19 per hour, including Distant Islands Allowance).
Location: Papdale Halls of Residence, a co‑educational accommodation service registered with the Care Inspectorate that supports up to 72 young people aged between 11 and 19.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake cleaning, maintenance and regular checks of both the building's interior and exterior, including scheduled checks of health and safety equipment.
- Use basic IT skills to complete electronic records, send/receive email and operate the authority's Integra system for ordering supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic IT skills as described above.
- Subject to a Level 2 Disclosure Check with PVG for working with children.
