Binn Group are seeking a Hooklift/Roll on Roll Off shunter driver to work within our Recycling Division at Glenfarg. The role would involve servicing roro containers within our recycling operations at Binn Eco Park. This is a site-based role and involves driving a 32 tonne 8 wheel hook-loader type vehicle. The role is 5 days per week Monday to Friday with weekend overtime available at times. The start time for the role is 6 am, with a finish time of 3.30pm – with overtime available.

Remuneration:
  • 45 Hour Basic week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry duties safely within a busy working environment
  • Servicing Roro containers within recycling operation
  • Working closely with the recycling team to schedule Roro movements
  • Ensuring the vehicle is compliant by completing prestart daily checks
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Class 2/Category C HGV Licence is essential for the role
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Can do attitude/Willingness to learn
  • Training will be provided by trained and competent person
