Seasonal position working together with our Executive Chef, General Manager and Events Operations Manager. We are looking for somebody to lead our external kitchen for the upcoming event season. This role will cover Live@Binks events and corporate BBQ, with the support of the Binks Team. We have a variety of events from live DJs to tribute acts and all-day family events. We have a purpose-built kitchen ready to deliver and require somebody who wants to work in a festival/live music atmosphere delivering quality food.

Required:

  • Sous chef/head chef experience or demonstrated background knowledge of festival/food truck background
  • Able to understand and deliver specs
  • Able to run a small casual team and deliver food to standards required
  • Knowledge of Food Safety compliance
