About Binkil
Binkil is the UK’s fastest-growing subscription bin cleaning service, trusted by over 10,000 households. We believe clean, fresh, deodorised bins aren’t a luxury — they’re a shared neighbourhood responsibility. We help protect families and communities by removing 99.9% of odour-causing bacteria and leaving every bin beautifully fragrant using Zoflora®. We operate with fully electric vehicles and automated cleaning technology — meaning the job is modern, efficient, and far less physically demanding than traditional bin cleaning.
About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and customer-focused Bin Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving a brand new electric vehicle and operating our automated bin cleaning machinery on a daily route. This is not heavy manual labour — the machine lifts, washes and deodorises the bins for you. You’ll play a key role in delivering a service customers genuinely love — turning something “disgusting” into something clean, hygienic and premium.
What you’ll do:
- Drive your own Binkil electric vehicle to customer locations
- Clean bins using our automated bin-wash system (the machine does the lifting and washing).
- Follow daily routes and service plans via our internal systems/app
- Deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning and customer service
- Represent Binkil professionally — uniform, attitude and reliability matter
- Report any issues (missed bins, access problems, damaged bins, etc.) to the operations team
- Carry out basic vehicle/machinery checks and keep your van clean and presentable
What you’ll need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident driving and good local area awareness
- Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Professional and respectful approach — you’ll be working in residential neighbourhoods
- Driving / delivery / waste / hygiene service experience is helpful but not essential
- Willingness to learn — full training provided
What we offer:
- Currently paid weekly (Plans to change to monthly).
- Your own brand new electric vehicle
- Automated machinery (no heavy lifting — the machine lifts and washes the bin)
- Full training + ongoing support
- Career progression as Binkil scales nationally
- A fast-paced, energetic team with a big mission
If you want a stable job, modern equipment, weekly pay, and you take pride in doing quality work — join Binkil and help us clean streets one bin at a time. Apply now.
