The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager for our London based Sales Boutique to lead sales initiatives targeting investors and high-net-worth individuals looking to invest in Dubai.
This role will play a key part in strengthening Binghatti's regional presence, developing strategic relationships, and promoting Dubai’s most sought-after real estate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, family offices, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Binghatti’s regional network.
- Conduct client presentations, investment consultations, and property showcases.
- Represent Binghatti at international exhibitions, roadshows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to maximize market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment across key territories.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reporting.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate, property investment, luxury sales, or wealth-related sectors.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern investor profiles and buying behaviour.
- Existing network within GCC markets is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC and wider international markets if required.
- This is an office based role, so ideally candidates would be based in or near London and willing to work onsite
