Property Lawyer (Residential and Commercial)

Ranked as a top-tier firm by the legal directories.The Role You will join our Property department based in Chiswick and lead a dynamic team of conveyancers. We are looking for a senior lawyer with at least 10 years PQE at partner level who can support the continued growth of a busy and established practice. You should be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.The successful candidate should be committed, hardworking and will head up a dynamic team of conveyancers, so leadership experience is desirable. Dealing with high end matters, a following is also desirable but not a requirement. You will be required to participate in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as maintaining client and referrer relationships.You will manage a diverse caseload (residential and commercial) including but not limited to:sales and purchases;mortgages and re-mortgages;buy to let;freehold and leasehold transactions.Experience in business real estate transactions such as Property salesLease agreementsProperty managementDevelopment projects
