- Bindman’s Immigration department is recruiting a highly motivated lawyer to join the team.
- The successful candidate should have an established reputation together with a following in business immigration and/or personal immigration.
- The successful candidate will be expected to have experience of supervising and managing junior colleagues.
- If your reputation is in personal immigration then it will be an advantage if you have legal aid experience and are accredited under the Law Society accredited scheme.
- We are looking for a lawyer with extensive experience in immigration, asylum and nationality law to work with our first class team.
- The post provides an exciting opportunity to help develop your own practice areas and to work within and contribute to a dynamic and high performing team.
- The team has clients from all over the UK and abroad and offers legal aid where available.
- Applicants should have experience of litigation in both the immigration tribunal and in the Courts.
