The experience gained in this role will constitute “Qualifying Work Experience” for those qualifying through the SQE route and there is likely to be an opportunity to progress to a Training Contract for those qualifying through the LPC route after 12 months.

Skills/knowledge requirements:
- High graduate/post-graduate qualifications
- Legal experience, in particular of Housing and Public Law is desirable, but not essential
- Able to work well within a team and take responsibility when working individually
- Good administrative and case management skills within an office environment
- Good research and document analysis skills
This role would suit someone who has completed a law degree, is completing the GDL or LPC on a part-time basis and/or has relevant prior experience working in the legal sector or connected NGOs and Charities. It may also suit someone with experience in a research position. The post holder may ultimately be considered for a training contract at the firm subject to satisfactory performance (though there can be no guarantee of this).
