Technischer Projektleiter (m/w/d) bei binderholz group. Binderholz group ist ein Komplettanbieter für Massivholzprodukte und innovative Baulösungen. Neben dem Stammhaus in Fügen, Österreich, gehören mehr als 60 Standorte zu unserem Unternehmen. Über 6.300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter teilen ihre Leidenschaft für Holz. Wir verarbeiten den nachwachsenden Rohstoff Holz zu 100 % und exportieren die Produkte weltweit. In unseren neuen US‑Standorten Live Oak, Florida und Enfield, North Carolina betreiben wir moderne, leistungsfähige Produktionsanlagen zur Massivholzerzeugung. Ihre Aufgaben:
- Technische Projektleitung im Bereich Sägetechnik und industrielle Holzverarbeitung
- Konzeption, Planung und Realisierung von technischen Neuinvestitionen, Umbauten bzw. Anlagenoptimierungen
- Detailplanung von Projekten und Verhandlungen mit Maschinen- und Anlagenlieferanten
- Mind. 2–5‑jährige Entsendung nach USA mit anschließender Perspektive in einem EU‑Standort
Ihr Profil:
- Holztechnischer/energietechnischer Abschluss (z. B. HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufspraxis in einer technisch relevanten Funktion in der Holzindustrie, idealerweise in der Sägeindustrie
- Sichere IT‑Kenntnisse, idealerweise in MS Project und AutoCAD
- Gutes Englisch und interkulturelle Kompetenz für eine mehrjährige Tätigkeit in den USA
