- Procurement of machinery, spare parts, industrial equipment, technical components, and operating supplies for our production facilities
- Obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating quotations with regard to quality, cost, and delivery schedules
- Ensuring a reliable and timely supply of materials to support production operations
- Independently handling the entire procurement process, from request for quotation through purchase order and invoice verification
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with national and international suppliers
- Conducting market analyses and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities
- Working closely with production, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Supporting technical investment and process optimization projects
- Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or technical/business education
- Previous experience in technical purchasing or a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and interest in production equipment and industrial processes
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on cost efficiency and quality
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with ERP systems
- High level of initiative, team spirit, and willingness to take responsibility
- International experience, particularly in an English-speaking environment, is considered an asset
