We seek a Head of Operations to own the operating infrastructure, enable founders and teams to focus on science, product and commercial priorities, and scale the organization as the company grows.
You will directly work with the founders, with authority to stop or start initiatives and to set clear ownership for operational work. This is a hands-on role that will evolve as the company scales.
