As a Product Sales Assistant, you will support our sales team in various capacities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer interactions. This role requires someone detail-oriented, who has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.

This is a trainee-level role. Following an initial intense training program, successful candidates will be assigned to our various project teams to assist in the conception, development, and support of technology projects, to learn by doing.

This position suits students seeking a place to gain industry experience. It is also suitable for Fresh Graduates and those passionate about building a career in Technology.

You will:

  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and records.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Requirements: Interest in building working experience in tech Product Sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills

Requirement Across all Roles:

  • A drive to build a career in Tech
  • Accepted persons will be given an automatic FULL scholarship to a relevant Bincom Academy Class(es). A certificate of participation in the Bincom Academy class will be given.

This role starts as a 100% remote volunteer role.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Volunteer,
